The Palisades Lakes

I've been wanting to make the hike to the upper and lower lakes for a long time, so on Saturday we finally got brave enough to try it. It was lots of fun, but 14.4 miles is almost too far to go with a 9 month old.

It was such a pretty hike. I just loved it. Everything was still just so green for this time of the year.

    I've been wanting to go there! That is a REALLY long ways with a baby. I went 6 miles with Madison the other day with the Relief Society. That was LONG!!

    Maybe I will just have to look at your pictures and call it good for this year.
    Looks like fun. McKenzie is so cute!

    Wow Stephanie. It killed me when I went to the Upper Lakes, and I was riding a horse!!

    It is beautiful though!

    Wow, Steph, you amaze me. I can't believe you went that far with Mckenzie. I don't think I'd of made it past the lower lakes.
