Back at stage one

Mckenzie is at the stage that all kids go through where they only want their mommy or daddy. We have been trying so hard to get her out of that stage and were starting to do a little better, but after the last two days I think we’re back at stage one.

Mckenzie was finally starting to get over the fussiness from her shots so I decided to take her in to get her x-rays done. Once again mom hands her off to a stranger and she thinks they are hurting her because they have to hold her down and squeeze her head in place with some foam. After being traumatized two days in a row by strangers needless to say she is once again scared of everyone. Yesterday when we were in the store some stranger just looked at her and she screamed bloody murder. Now wasn’t that fun!

As for the test results she doesn’t have craniosynostosis, thank goodness. They just said that her head is a little deformed, but they’re hoping that in a few months it might start to shape better, but if not thank goodness she’s a girl and will have hair to hide it!
